JOHN WHYTOCK: Astounding guitar music by artist/muralist, singer/songwriter, and “neuvo classical” composer John Whytock, with concert violinist Tara Chapman, has been mixed and mastered into a first demo CD, entitled “Avalon” -- mastered by recording engineer Steve Lester at Song Farm Studios, Joshua Tree. Visit Whytock’s art & music web site:
www.jwhytock.com

JIM KYLE: Desert metal artist and musician/songwriter Jim Kyle has been working dilligently on his new web site (well, actually, his son Aaron Kyle has done it!), and the long-time 29 Palms resident is finally going cyber. See Jim’s metal art creationz and Mojave Bluez sounds at:
www.mojavecreationz.com .

Southern California’s premiere pirate jam band (look for them on tour in England soon, with possible tours coming to the Netherlands and the Caribbean).  Based in the desert, this acoustically-based 10 piece band takes old traditional sea music, pirate ditties, drinking songs, and Irish folk music, and updates it, along with originals, for a danceable, accessible time on the foredeck.
Music fit for a party - a boarding party!
