Classic Animation Festival
presented by the Desert Classic Film Society

The DESERT CLASSIC FILM SOCIETY will be presenting THE CLASSIC ANIMATION FESTIVAL on Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. at the Bijou Cinema in Yucca Valley.

Films featuring Cel Animation, Puppet Animation and Claymation will be presented. Cartoon stars such as Betty Boop and Popeye will be featured as well as lesser known characters.

Film historian Christopher Perry will introduce the films. Vintage film prints will be screened.

The Bijou opens at 7:30 pm.

WANT FREE ADMISSION??? Bring a cinema related book to the Bijou and donate it to the Bijou reference library and you will get in free. Note: It has to be a book that the reference library currently does not have.
