Drum maker, Lisa Starr, has been making drums for more than 10 years, specializing in Shamanic drums and the healing powers of drum medicine. Lisa incorporates her Columbian/Puerto Rico heritage into her craft by sharing her experiences in the richness of ceremony and ritual. Please join Morongo Basin Historical Society at 5:30 December 11 at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum for Lisa’s journey. $5.00 donation.

There are Road Closures/Construction in front of the Hi-Desert Nature Museum for Lisa’s lecture. Here are the new instructions: Dumosa Avenue north of Antelope Trail will be closed. Access to the Hi-Desert Nature Museum will be available through the parking lot from Antelope Trail. Turn left on Antelope Trail follow to the back parking lot of the museum/community center. See you on Wednesday December 11th at 5:30.
