Join Gabe Wendling, artist, craftsman, musician and builder of sustainable dome structures known as “Earthbag” will speak on July 9th for Morongo Basin Historical Society 2nd Wednesday lecture series. The walls of a Bonita Dome are 18” thick, made from a mixture of earth and cement, which cools the home in the summer and keeps it warm in the winter, making it an eco-friendly shelter.
