“Reptiles of the Morongo Basin” Herpetologist, Robert Black will speak about habitats, range, and how to identify reptiles in the Morongo Basin.

He will discuss how reptiles have adapted to the extremes of our high desert ecosystem. Bring your questions about lizards, snakes and desert tortoises. *

Join the Morongo Basin Historical Society’s 2nd Wednesday Lecture Series which is held at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum Yucca Valley 57116 29 Palms Hwy. Lecture begins at 5:30. Donation is $5.00.

*As a follow up, on April 9 Robert is leading a trip to locate and identify reptiles in the field.
