Harrison House Music & Arts and Furst World Gallery are pleased to present a benefit screening of LOU HARRISON: A World of Music, a film by Eva Soltes, on Friday, July 6th 2012 at Furst World Gallery in Joshua Tree. This film is an exquisitely crafted, in-depth and deeply moving look at the life and work of legendary composer, Lou Harrison -- created with footage collected for over two decades by Eva Soltes, filmmaker/music producer who was closely associated with Harrison during his lifetime.

Doors open at 7:00 pm and the screening begins at 8:00 pm. The event will include a no host bar, and live music by Robbi Robb & Friends will begin at 9:45 pm. Space is limited and advance tickets are available for a suggested donation of $15-25 at Joshua Tree Health Foods with all proceeds benefiting Harrison House Music & Arts and Furst World Gallery.
